01

The Winklevoss twins just filed for a Zcash ETF that charges one-tenth of what the only existing one costs.

02

Winklevoss Asset Services filed a preliminary S-1 with the SEC on October 6, 2026 for a fund called WINK.

03

WINK would hold ZEC directly, with Gemini as custodian, and list on Nasdaq.

04

Its proposed annual fee is 0.25 percent, versus the 2.5 percent Grayscale charges on its ZCSH fund.

05

Winklevoss Capital Fund said it may buy up to 100 million dollars of WINK shares, but that pledge isn't binding.

06

Grayscale's ZCSH, the only spot Zcash ETF trading today, launched on NYSE Arca on August 25, 2026.

07

ZCSH has been losing money lately: assets fell to about 751 million dollars after peaking near 979 million.

08

WINK has no SEC approval yet and no listed start date — most ETF filings take months to clear.
