Carlos Correa's 13-year, $350 million deal with the San Francisco Giants falls through.
The New York Mets swooped in and signed Correa for 12-years, $315 million.
There was a "difference of opinion" over the results of Correa's physical, Boras' agent said.
The deal was completed late Tuesday night.
Correa will move to third base while Francisco Lindor will play shortstop for the Mets.
