ETH/BTC ratio at 0.027 — near multi-year lows. When ETH starts outperforming BTC (ratio rises), altcoin season typically follows within 4–8 weeks.
Not yet altcoin season — but the setup is forming. BTC needs to clear $70K first, then capital rotates to ETH, then to large-caps (SOL, XRP), then to small-caps. Be patient.
